Description
Fine – this word succinctly describes the quality of this classic tea. In the past, these coarse-leaf teas were almost exclusively sorted using vibrating sieves at the end of the tea production process. They need to “unfold” in the pot and pour more easily and lightly, as they have a smaller surface area than broken teas. We have an updated version of our fine product from days gone by. The dominant clonal note with a malty character is complemented by powerful textures and given nuanced, fruity notes and its own personality by ‘croppy’ teas. A delicate trio of flavours. Fine, indeed.

Echter Ostfriesentee
